“ I recently dined at **Akita Teppanyaki Sashimi** in Wan Chai with a friend, and we opted for the Teppanyaki lunch sets, **Kiku** and **Orchid**. As with any good Teppanyaki restaurant, the chef cooked right in front of us, and our chef was exceptionally friendly. Her elegant moves felt more like a performance, adding to the overall dining experience. One of the highlights was when she prepared the lobster. After cooking it, she added white wine and dramatically set the lobster shell on fire, leaving everyone in the restaurant in awe. It was a showstopper! Our sets included a delightful mix of seafood and beef. We chose the "daily special" seafood, which was an oyster, and we absolutely loved it. The meal was quite filling, as it also came with miso soup, a generous portion of fried rice, fried vegetables, and dessert.
